First 20 distinct customers · one server per customer
- Same features as PREMIUM
- Approved commercial rule: first 20 distinct customers, one original discounted subscription per customer
- Discounted price while the original subscription remains active
Final prices in euros (EUR), per individual Discord server, with no additional taxes at Checkout. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled. Public Stripe Checkout is enabled through the dashboard; purchasing requires Discord sign-in and permission to manage the selected server. PREMIUM Founders is limited to the first 20 distinct customers, with one original discounted subscription for one Discord server per customer. Additional servers use the ordinary price. After the original subscription ends, the discount is lost; allocated places are not automatically offered for sale again. See the Founders conditions.
This is a digital service with no physical shipping. Plan features are activated for the selected server after the system verifies payment and its association with that server. Returning from Checkout alone does not activate the plan; errors or inconsistencies may require manual review. For payment assistance: billing@reforgermanager.com.

Frequently asked questions
The essentials to get started.
How do I install the bot?
Press “Add to Discord”, pick your server (you need permission to manage it) and authorize the bot. Then sign in to the dashboard with Discord to configure it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The FREE plan costs nothing and includes the core modules, with some limits. Advanced features require PRO or PREMIUM.
How do subscriptions work?
Paid subscriptions are monthly, renew automatically unless cancelled and are tied to a single server. They are purchased from the dashboard, with payment handled by Stripe. PRO is €5.99/month, PREMIUM is €11.99/month; PREMIUM Founders is €8.99/month. PREMIUM Founders is limited to 20 distinct customers, one original subscription and one server each. The discount ends with the original subscription; allocated places are not automatically reused.
How do I cancel renewal?
Open the Stripe Customer Portal from the subscription section of the dashboard. Cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period stops the next renewal; your plan features remain active until then. Removing the bot from the server does not cancel the subscription. Cancelling renewal is distinct from statutory withdrawal and data erasure.
How do refunds work?
The approved commercial policy does not provide ordinary voluntary refunds. Any applicable statutory right of withdrawal, mandatory refunds and lack-of-conformity remedies remain fully protected. Cancelling renewal does not initiate an automatic refund. To request a refund or ask for clarification, email billing@reforgermanager.com. See the Terms of Service for more information.
Where can I get support?
For general assistance, email support@reforgermanager.com; for subscriptions, cancellations and refunds, email billing@reforgermanager.com. You can also contact us through the official Reforger Manager Discord community. No 24/7 human support or guaranteed resolution time is promised.
