Terms of Service
Terms of use for Reforger Manager.
1. Subject matter and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Reforger Manager, a Discord server management and automation service provided through a bot and the web dashboard at https://dashboard.reforgermanager.com, presented at https://reforgermanager.com. They cover free and paid features. Anyone acting on behalf of an organization must have the necessary authority.
2. Service provider
Reforger Manager is the public name of the product, website and service.
Service provider: Manuel Pellizzaro.
Full address: Via Fiorita 19, 35010, Cadoneghe, PD, Veneto, Italy.
For official Service contacts, see the Communications and support section. Informal support is offered through the official Discord community.
3. Requirements for use
Purchasing and contractually managing subscriptions is reserved for individuals aged 18 or older, or authorized representatives of organizations. Discord users may use the bot provided they meet Discord’s minimum age requirement in their country and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service; the 18+ purchase requirement does not automatically extend to server members. Discord age requirements.
The initial launch is intended for private consumers and business/professional customers in Italy and the European Union. Expansion to other countries is planned progressively and is not a statement of current worldwide availability. Mandatory consumer protections apply where legally relevant; international availability does not establish automatic compliance with every country’s laws.
For these withdrawal provisions, a consumer is a natural person acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Administering a Discord server or selecting a paid plan does not, by itself, determine that status. The statutory consumer withdrawal rules do not automatically extend to purchases made for professional purposes; mandatory protections and any contractual rights remain unaffected. The intended international B2C/B2B rollout is progressive: only countries supported by Stripe and in which applicable requirements can be met are contemplated. The confirmed initial geographic scope is Italy and the European Union; future global expansion does not establish current worldwide availability or compliance with all foreign laws.
4. Discord access and permissions
Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth with identification and server-list permissions. The bot is added through Discord authorization, which displays requested permissions before confirmation. Managing a Guild requires the relevant permissions checked by the Service.
Users must safeguard their accounts. Revoking OAuth authorization in Discord settings and removing the bot are separate actions: removal prevents the bot from operating in that server, but does not amount to global logout, revocation of every session, subscription cancellation or data erasure.
5. Configurations and administrator responsibility
Configurations are associated with the Guild ID and managed by authorized administrators, who select modules, channels, roles and rules within available features. Administrators must assess appropriate settings and information to provide to members.
Retention settings are not available for every category: administrators are not described as choosing all retention periods. Their role does not replace members’ personal rights or the provider’s responsibilities. Actions performed under configured rules also depend on Discord permissions and APIs.
6. Rules of use and prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe third-party rights, or violate Discord’s terms and guidelines;
- attempt unauthorized access to data or configuration of a server you have no permissions on, or bypass access controls and plan limits;
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Service, including automated abuse or excessive requests;
- reverse engineer the Service, except as mandatory law permits;
- resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is in BETA and also depends on networks, maintenance and external services. Interruptions or limitations may occur; continuous availability is not promised. Applicable duties of care and mandatory protections remain.
No unlimited right to alter purchased features is provided.
8. FREE, PRO, PREMIUM and Founders plans
Each plan applies to one Discord server (Guild ID): FREE is free, PRO costs €5.99 per month and PREMIUM costs €11.99 per month.
PREMIUM Founders: €8.99 per month, exclusively for the first 20 distinct customers. Each customer may benefit from one original Founders subscription, assigned to one Discord server only; additional servers use the ordinary price. The promotional price applies to the original subscription while it remains active, until it ends. Once it ends, the customer loses the Founders price; previously allocated places are not automatically offered for sale again. After 20 customers have been allocated a place, the offer must close to new purchases. Scheduled cancellation does not immediately end the paid period.
The plan includes PREMIUM features. A subscription applies only to the server for which it was purchased and is not transferable unless otherwise agreed.
Availability shown for a server does not, by itself, confirm a customer’s eligibility for the Founders offer. The conditions above must be met for every allocation. General automatic customer identity verification is not available.
9. Pricing and recurring billing
Monthly prices in euros per Guild ID: PRO €5.99, PREMIUM €11.99, PREMIUM Founders €8.99; FREE is free of charge.
The active public system is Stripe Checkout from the dashboard; subscription management uses the Stripe Customer Portal. Direct PayPal is not currently publicly available for new purchases. Future methods are not promised. Reforger Manager does not store full card numbers.
Checkout creates a subscription for the selected plan and server and requires a billing address. Before ordering, the customer must be able to consult the applicable terms and payment information. Simply viewing this page does not amount to accepting the contract. The customer is entitled to contractual confirmation on a durable medium containing the applicable information and terms; a payment receipt alone does not replace it.
The stated prices are the final amounts paid by the customer: PRO €5.99, PREMIUM €11.99 and PREMIUM Founders €8.99 per month. No additional taxes are added to these amounts at Checkout. This statement does not declare a VAT regime or tax exemption. Payment conditions must be communicated before the order. For information about tax documentation, contact billing@reforgermanager.com.
Billing recurs monthly until cancellation under section 10. No change applies retrospectively to a paid period. The minimum notice for proposed changes to recurring prices is 30 days, without affecting paid periods or the original Founders subscription price protection.
10. Automatic renewal, cancellation and expiry
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month at the applicable plan price, unless renewal is cancelled. From the subscription area of the dashboard, users can open the Stripe Customer Portal and schedule cancellation at the end of the paid period. Once that cancellation is confirmed by Stripe, the next renewal is stopped. Removing the bot or requesting data erasure does not cancel the subscription.
Ordinary cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period preserves the purchased plan features until that period ends. The application updates entitlements after verifying the provider status; the server then normally returns to FREE, without removing any independent promotional entitlement. This is not a promise of continued access following a legally effective withdrawal or another lawful reason for earlier termination.
Ordinary cancellation does not itself generate a refund of the paid period. Cancelling future renewal, exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and requesting a mandatory refund are distinct actions. The Customer Portal renewal-cancellation control is not represented as the statutory online withdrawal function.
11. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where the Italian Consumer Code applies, a consumer entering into this distance contract normally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory extensions and exceptions (Articles 52–59). If the required withdrawal information has not been supplied, Article 53 extends the period by up to 12 months beyond the initial period; information supplied within that interval starts the applicable 14-day period from receipt. Publishing these Terms does not replace information owed for an earlier purchase.
The bot and dashboard provide ongoing digital functionality. Immediate activation, use of the bot, payment or acceptance of the Terms does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
Statutory withdrawal is distinct from cancelling renewal through the Customer Portal. To exercise it, you may send an unequivocal statement to the official contacts below. This option does not affect the right to an online withdrawal function and confirmation on a durable medium where required by law.
Legal source for the online function: Italian Legislative Decree No. 209 of 31 December 2025, introducing Article 54-bis; its Article 4 provides for application from 19 June 2026 and to contracts concluded after that date.
For a paid service to begin during the withdrawal period, Article 51(8) requires an express request from the consumer and acknowledgement that withdrawal will cease to be available once the contract has been fully performed. Under Article 59(1)(a), loss of that right requires full performance and the prescribed prior express consent and acknowledgement; merely starting a recurring service is not full performance. Terms acceptance is distinct from that request and those acknowledgements.
If a consumer withdraws after validly requesting early performance of a service, only a proportionate amount for what was supplied before notice of withdrawal may be payable, under Article 57(3). No payment for service performed during the withdrawal period is due in the circumstances in Article 57(4)(a), including missing required information or absence of the express request. Any amount depends on these conditions, not an automatic deduction.
To exercise withdrawal, consumers may use the statutory model form in Annex I, Part B, or send any unequivocal statement of withdrawal, including by email to legal@reforgermanager.com. Use of the model form is not mandatory. A statement sent before the applicable deadline is timely; retaining evidence of sending is advisable (Article 54). Identify the contract sufficiently for it to be located, without sending passwords or full card details; no additional mandatory format is imposed here.
Article 54-bis additionally requires an accessible online withdrawal function for the online distance contracts within its scope, under the rules applicable from 19 June 2026. It is distinct from cancelling renewal: it must allow the consumer to provide or confirm their name, contract identification and electronic confirmation channel, submit an explicit confirmation, and receive acknowledgement on a durable medium without undue delay, including the content and transmission date and time. Email remains an available means of declaration; it is not presented as replacing this additional function.
Effective withdrawal ends the obligations to perform the contract under Article 55; it is not merely cancellation at the end of the month. Effects on any ancillary contracts are governed by Article 58. Statutory rules on the use and retrieval of user-provided or created content and personal data remain unaffected (Articles 56 and 57). For personal-data requests, use the privacy contact in the Privacy Policy.
12. Refunds and mandatory protections
No additional ordinary voluntary refund is promised. This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal, mandatory refunds, remedies for lack of conformity of digital services or any other non-waivable right. Ordinary renewal cancellation alone does not initiate a refund.
Where withdrawal applies, Article 56 requires repayment of payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the trader is informed of the consumer’s withdrawal. The same means of payment must be used unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise, without fees arising from the refund. Any proportionate amount for an early-started service is subject to the conditions and exclusions in section 11 and Article 57, not a blanket non-refundable fee.
Payment and refund requests may be sent to billing@reforgermanager.com. A clear withdrawal declaration is not invalid merely because it reaches this official contact rather than legal@. Individual review must apply the consumer’s rights, not make a mandatory refund discretionary or extend statutory deadlines.
Refund requests are handled manually by the provider through the billing contact; there is no control that issues a refund automatically. Pending or failed refunds are not considered completed. A partial refund does not by itself end plan access; a confirmed full refund of the latest paid period can end it. Refunding an older period does not cancel a newer paid period. These arrangements do not limit legally required remedies.
A refund does not by itself cancel renewal of the Stripe subscription. Where withdrawal or another remedy ends the contract, the provider must also handle the affected subscription and future charges, without affecting other servers or subscriptions.
13. Suspension and termination
Bot removal, subscription cancellation and data erasure are separate actions. Users may remove the bot; stopping renewal requires cancellation under section 10. Data requests go to privacy@reforgermanager.com under the Privacy Policy.
Temporary server unavailability does not amount to a data-erasure request.
Grounds for suspension are non-payment, abusive use and serious breaches of the Terms. Any measure must be justified and proportionate, communicated where appropriate and allow applicable review and legal protections.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights and remedies. BETA status and third-party dependencies do not remove applicable provider duties.
Responsibility for configurations, administrator actions, interruptions or data loss must be assessed against actual causes, the parties’ duties and applicable law, without absolute or automatic exemptions.
15. Intellectual property
The software, the Reforger Manager name and brand, the graphics and the content of the Service belong to the provider or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Content and configurations entered by administrators remain at their disposal.
16. Third-party services
Operation requires Discord and its APIs; public payments and subscription management require Stripe. Third-party services are also subject to their own terms and notices.
External interruptions or changes may limit available features. This does not automatically exclude all provider liability or the customer’s mandatory remedies.
17. Changes to these Terms
Changes to the Terms must have identifiable grounds and respect existing contracts and mandatory protections. Publication of a new text or continued use alone is not automatically treated as sufficient for every contractual change.
18. Communications and support
General and technical support: support@reforgermanager.com. Payments, subscriptions and refunds: billing@reforgermanager.com. Legal and contractual communications: legal@reforgermanager.com. Personal-data requests: privacy@reforgermanager.com. The official Discord community is also available.
Requests are handled manually by the provider. The target is a first response within 48 hours, not resolution within that time; staffing is not 24/7. Statutory deadlines remain applicable. Service communications may also be sent through the dashboard or Discord. Ordinary cancellation uses Stripe Customer Portal; withdrawal is distinct and follows section 11.
19. Governing law and consumer protection
Applicable mandatory rules remain unaffected. Consumers retain the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the competent court under applicable law. These Terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction that limits those rights.
20. Effective date and version
Version 1.0. Effective date: 2026-11-07.
The version applicable to a subscription must be identified in the contractual confirmation on a durable medium, with the required information. Publishing these Terms does not prove earlier acceptance, retroactively remedy missing information or automatically replace the terms applicable to an existing contract.
